My experience with Barb as my personal trainer has been great! I have continued exercising for 7 months which is a challenge for me but is now part of my routine. I have seen wonderful results in weight loss, stamina and balance. I enjoy gardening so much more since I do not tire as easily and can work for hours outdoors.
