Group Strength Training
A total body strength workout using various dumbbell, body bar, resistance band, medicine ball, TRX, BOSU ball, kettle bell and body weight exercises to strengthen every muscle group. This functional class allows you to train all movement patterns, and is a fun, yet challenging way to improve your fitness level. All fitness levels welcome; progressions and regressions are shown for each exercise.
“Effective the week of June 3rd, the T/Th evening Group Strength classes will be condensed into one class for the summer. Class will be held at 530pm every Thurs night. The Tuesday evening class will be on hiatus for the summer months.
